As a Business Development Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Advise and assist customers regarding compliance requirements specific to their businesses.
- Ensure personal and team performance meets designated KPIs.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Undertake general administrative tasks as necessary.
- Deliver efficient after-sales services of high quality to customers.
- Foster positive working relationships with customers.

- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communication, or related fields.
- Prior experience in relationship management, customer service, or similar roles.
- Ability to establish and uphold strong client and business relationships
