Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CNC programs for milling and turning operations on 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
- Prepare machines for production runs by setting up tools, fixtures, and coordinating with machinists.
- Continuously look for ways to optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure that all programmed parts meet the required specifications and tolerances, adhering to quality standards.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience
