Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing clerical support to backoffice team.
- Basic daily accounting and bookkeeping.
- Acting as a point of contact between manager and external clients.
- Receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
- Overseeing facilities development and management.
- Managing the office cleaning and gardening team, or any ad hoc.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is required.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
