Job Description
Data Management (80%)
- Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
- Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
- Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure documentations are well organised and maintained
Management Reporting (20%)
- Support the maintenance of data visualisation dashboard that runs on Tableau platform.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in system and performing regular checks
- Process and maintain user access , coordinate and conduct regular training, manage queries and feedback
- Prepare monthly management reports to supporting entities
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of MS Office application
- Great attention to detail and accuracy for data creation
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills is a must
- Knowledge of SQL and BI reporting tools is a must
