Responsibilities
- Manage a site team of technical executives, administrative staff in maintaining the base/facility and support any facilities management tasks as required.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring no KPI deductions, non-compliances and Liquidated Damages imposed.
- Extensive use of Computerised FM system for Reporting and management of works and KPIs. Ensure staff update the system accordingly.
- Generate necessary reporting documents for claims and management reporting.
- Manage the facility maintenance works, including building works, mechanical and electrical works, environmental cleaning, horticultural and landscaping works; including minor project works (eg. A&A, renovations).
- Manage strategic partners / sub-contractors / technicians in the conduct of maintenance works (eg. issuing works orders, assessing work performance, conducting audits and inspections).
- Schedule and assign all work requests and work order submitted by clients.
- Schedule and assign all inspection and audits works.
- Provide necessary training and guidance to team.
Requirements
- Degree in Building related field (Building, FM, Mechanical, Electrical) with min. 3 years’ relevant experience at management level or/
- Diploma in Building related field (Building, FM, Mechanical, Electrical) with min. 3 years’ relevant experience at management level.
- Higher NITEC in Building related field (Building, FM, Mechanical, Electrical) with 7 years’ relevant experience at management level.
- Experience in construction and building maintenance environment will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good computer literacy/knowledge. Require to use client’s FM system.
- Pro-active attitude, independent and responsible worker who is able to carry out assigned tasks with little supervision.
- Good management skill to handle site team, partners and sub-cons.
- Good record of conduct and security awareness as site is in high security area.
