- To support sales co-ordination and prepare quotation and samples for submission.
- To perform and co-ordinate all aspects of procurement and delivery management functions, including shipment and logistics.
- To manage stocks inventory and records.
- To prepare monthly reports.
- To source and procure materials.
- To be responsible for petty cash records.
- To manage office environments and facilities and provide administrative support.
- To facilitate administrative and personnel policies, including compensation, benefits and training plans.
- To manage and maintain HR database and records.
- To organize programme and activities to build team spirit camaraderie amongst employees.
- To prepare, issue and upkeep proper records of the purchasing, delivery order and invoicing functions.
- To keep abreast with current legislation of the relevant government authorities and advise management on compliance.
- To control and maintain inventory record of company assets & equipment.
- To monitor/diligently make claims for works/services rendered to clients.
- To undertake any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Sales Coordinator at least 1 year (Preferred)
