Responsibilities:
1. B2B/B2C sales
- Plan sales activities with retailers to meet or exceed sales target.
- Checking & improving the product display quality for both Aircon & Air Purifiers.
- Manage inventory of demo units & marketing assets.
- To study competitors activities & weakness and secure projects with Company strength.
- Map out display plans & display SKUs for Brand Experience Zone for both Aircon & Air Purifiers.
- Regular reporting on in-store related matters.
- Generate Sales and maintain growth for company for both Aircon & Air Purifiers.
- Weekly Sell-in & Sell-out sales management for both Aircon & Air Purifiers.
- Regular reporting on in-store related matters to various stakeholders.
- Arrange technical and sales training to retail staff & promoters for both Aircon & Air Purifiers.
- Maintain documentation and result tracking
- Plan & execute marketing activity for both Aircon & Air Purifiers.
- Monitor after sales related activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience with sales in relevant industry.
- Experienced in selling Multi Splits & Air Purifiers (80%) and Technical (20%).
- Strong written and verbal communication skill (English).
- Computer literacy with MS Excel and PowerPoint, adaptability on different platform and multitasking quality is a must.
