Job Purpose
Administration of the postgraduate coursework programme and other related activities of the Graduate Studies’ Office.
Job Description
- The candidate will be part of the Graduate Studies’ administration team
- Provide support to the Programme Director in the administration of postgraduate master’s degree programme and initiatives including admissions, student academic matters, curriculum administration, examination matters, capstone projects, etc.
- Involve in implementation of curriculum and policies.
- Manage programme outreach, publicity, orientation and student events.
- Consolidation and preparation of data and statistics, and drafting of reports or proposals, etc
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree, with at least 6-8 years of relevant administrative work experience
- Prior experience in working for an educational institution is preferred
- Possess positive attitude. meticulous and able to multi-task
- A good team player who is self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to work well under pressure as well as tight deadlines
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication skills
- IT/System savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- The incumbent will be offered a 2 years' contract, subject to renewal
