We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialist to join SCIENTE team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving the success of our data and AI services by providing expert support and guidance to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales professionals to understand customer needs and objectives. Provide tailored technical support and demonstrations to address specific requirements and showcase our capabilities of Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake, AWS and other related products.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Highlight the benefits and functionalities of our data and AI solutions, and articulate how they can solve complex business challenges.
- Solution Design: Work with customers to design and propose technical solutions that align with their business needs.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- RFP/RFI Support: Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Ensure that technical aspects of proposals are accurately addressed and align with customer requirements.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Support: Support the planning and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions. Provide guidance and troubleshooting during PoC engagements to ensure successful outcomes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including marketing collaterals, solution briefs, white papers. Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible for both internal teams and customers.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, with hands-on experience in at least 1-2 product sets from Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake or AWS. Knowledge of data engineering, machine learning, and analytics is essential.
- Business Domain Expertise: Understanding of challenges and regulatory landscape of insurance and financial services industries is required.
- Pre-Sales Experience: Previous experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, preferably within the data and AI domain. Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, present solutions, and address technical inquiries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Customer Focus: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with consultative approach & customer-centricity and building strong relationships with clients.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, product managers, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Certifications in Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake or AWS technologies are a plus.
