Position Summary
The Company specializes in intelligent vision capabilities that blend advanced electro-optic and thermal imaging technologies with AI-based adaptive software processes to provide continual, real-time, mission-critical safety and security surveillance in the aviation and key-installation security markets.
Responsibilities:
- Defining project objectives and success criteria
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Managing project scope, risks, and changes
- Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
- Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders and team members
- Tracking and reporting project progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Managing project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment
- Facilitating project team meetings and decision-making processes
- Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Continuously identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational policies and procedures
- Managing project contracts and vendor relationships, if applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
· Degree/Masters in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent practical experience
· Practical experience in:
o Software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies
o Code management repository tools
o Working with remote teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
