Role Summary:
You will be responsible for developing CIM system solutions, leading full-automation implementations, defining operational processes, and spearheading automation in 12-inch fab operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design CIM system solutions to automate 12-inch fab operations
- Lead the implementation of full-automation system solutions
- Define operational and developmental processes for full-automation systems
- Drive the automation of wafer manufacturing processes.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical , Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Over three years of professional experience
- Proficient in : CIM | MES | Automation | SiView | Factorywork
Personal Attributes:
- Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems efficiently.
- Enthusiastic and able to motivate a team to achieve results.
