Assistant Accountant duties and responsibilities
- Report to Director of operation & corporate secretary
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Any other additional office related work assigned by management
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Basic salary S$ 2,500.00 -S$ 3,000.00
- Minimum degree holder with professional account certificate-LCCI-Level-3
- Minimum three years of working experience in same position
- Work days/hours-Monday to Friday ( 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ) / Saturday (9:00 am to 1:00 pm )
