Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive focused on our B2B business, you will be responsible for crafting our B2B sales strategy and providing end-to-end experience to our B2B customers such as hotels, restaurants, property developers, interior designers, and other businesses. We are looking for well-rounded candidate with strong interpersonal skills, good attention to detail, and a ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. A good sense of interior styling or interior design experience is a plus.
Job Description
- Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the company
- Working with B2B clients on their requirements, suggesting furniture and managing the order process
- Formulating sales plans and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage quotations and proposals for various B2B clients
- Plan and execute on B2B marketing plans in-conjunction with the marketing team
- Set and achieve KPIs for B2B Sales
Requirements:
- Friendly, energetic and courteous approach to clients and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and assist clients with their needs
- Experience in interior design and B2B sales is a plus
- Very organised and attention to details
- Hard working and able to work under little supervision
- Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
