We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in HR Business Partnering (HRBP) ideally with prior experience in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key client account(s), ensuring seamless HR and recruitment management, and driving stakeholder relationships. This role should be someone who is an initiator, proficient in employee management, performance management, and HR business partnering to effectively manage and deliver client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on recruitment needs, business strategies, and overall objectives. - HR Business Partnering:
Act as an HR Business Partner for key account(s), delivering tailored recruitment and HR solutions to meet the client's strategic goals. Provide advisory support on HR policies, talent acquisition trends, and workforce planning. - Employee Management:
Oversee the onboarding, management, and development of employees within the RPO model, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Performance Management:
Execute performance management processes for client teams, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and delivering feedback to optimize productivity and service delivery. - Client Delivery & Recruitment Oversight:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of hiring goals. - Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular updates and reports to clients, employee performance, and overall account health. - Problem-Solving:
Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
