Requirements
- Min Diploma in a relevant Discipline
- Min 2 years of experience in billing
- Strong understanding of RPA bots and their functionality is essential.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UI Path is a plus.
- Given the dynamic nature of bot-related issues, the candidate must be able to read and interpret error messages and resolve issues independently.
- The role requires a high level of attention to detail, as it involves managing large volumes of data across 50+ agencies, handling numerous Excel files, and ensuring the accuracy of invoice figures.
