KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice combines top people and game-changing technology to give our clients confidence across the transaction life cycle. The Transaction Services team within KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice provides clients with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and growth strategy support by focusing on market entry assessment, strategic planning, business plan development, financial model reviews, commercial due diligence and M&A target identification.
The Transaction Services team focuses on acquisitions, disposals, public bids/mergers, joint ventures, buy-outs, market entries, financing and other transactions. We identify, structure and execute all manner of public and private market transactions, and provide our clients with support from initial analysis of strategic options and deal evaluation through to completion. The team also help clients identify upside opportunities and risks in their transaction processes to satisfy the due diligence requirements of underwriting investment banks.
The role involves:
• Work closely with Directors and Managers to deliver our service offerings to clients
• You will be conducting both primary and secondary research and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to assist our clients in understanding the market dynamics, competitive landscape and business trends, and as part of our clients' acquisition and growth strategy
• Extract key findings, issues and implications from the analysis undertaken
• Support the engagement manager to create quality end deliverables, including reports and presentation materials
• Support business development initiatives by assisting with the creation and development of proposals, company profiles and industry papers
