Sales & Service Admin Executive (Sales support, Redhill)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate Tax Invoice, Credit Note, do Inventory Control,
- Generate report for Account Receivable and update customer record
- Generate PO, DO, customer invoice, Sales Inventory Report
- Liaise with Forwarder to arrange delivery and generate invoices to overseas customers
- Liaise with customers for outstanding PO, parts delivery arrangement
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a sales coordinator
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Word
- Possess good communication skills to communicate with internal staff and customers
