Job Summary:
The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with e-commerce merchants and physical retail distribution channels. This role requires a strategic approach to partner management, sales execution, and market expansion, ensuring that our surveillance security solutions are effectively positioned and sold across various platforms and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales through e-commerce merchants and physical retail distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Work closely with channel partners to achieve sales targets, driving product adoption and market penetration.
• Provide training and support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and promote our surveillance security solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth within the e-commerce and retail distribution segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and marketing materials tailored to channel partners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Gather feedback from channel partners and customers to relay to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in the surveillance security solutions industry or a related field. • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, physical retail distribution channels, and the surveillance security solutions market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
