As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented In-House Senior Creative Executive to join our team and elevate our brand presence across various platforms.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Creative Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels, website, marketing materials, and more. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to effectively communicate our brand’s message and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals and copy for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and email newsletters.
- Manage and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for use in marketing materials and social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and other creative projects.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design software.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality images and videos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Experience in the eyewear or fashion industry is a plus.
