**Job Title: Assistant Account & HR**
**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Account & HR professional to join our team in Singapore, North region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and accounting functions. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work mode, offering the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of HR and accounting operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle general accounting duties such as data entry, bank account reconciliation and maintaining financial records.
- Utilize accounting software to process transactions and generate reports.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HR and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in employee relations, HR policies, recruitment, performance management, data entry, general accounting, bank account reconciliation, and accounting software.
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification in HR, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

**Salary Range:** $3000 to $4000
