- Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.

- Develop strategic plans for negotiating and managing key accounts locally
- Maximize returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.
- Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
- Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
- Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.
