• Support and handle hiring and talent acquisition
• Support the CEO in the preparation of confidential reports, documents, contracts and business proposals
• Handle administrative and secretarial support including arranging & scheduling appointments, coordinating on meetings, drafting of correspondences, emailing, receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate, making travel arrangements, prepare presentations and reports
• Co-support to backup other team members to ensure the smooth running of the business in the event of contingency arises
• Support and handling company events and functions
• Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed
