Job Descriptions:
- To ensure smooth operation of the Housekeeping team.
- Able to supervise a team of room attendants
- To maintain housekeeping standards
- To ensure guest rooms’ cleanliness and order
- To train and guide new staff and provide coaching to ensure high performance
- Manage inventory level of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of the Hotel
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Positive attitude and able to take responsibility.
- 6 days work week
- Able to work on rotating shifts & weekends/Public Holidays)
