Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Marketing Manager specializing in Digital Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. You will oversee all digital marketing channels and be instrumental in growing our brand’s online presence and optimizing the customer experience across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as search engines, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing to achieve business goals.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Lead the development of strategies for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and optimize ad spend.
- Social Media Management: Manage the brand’s social media presence, develop campaigns to enhance engagement and follower growth, and monitor trends to ensure the brand stays ahead in the digital space.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Email Marketing and Automation: Develop and optimize email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and personalized campaigns to improve open and click-through rates.
- Paid Advertising Management: Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Optimize budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall company objectives and ensure cohesive branding.
- Influencer and Partnership Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and partners to expand brand reach and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to implement new ideas and technologies that give the company a competitive edge.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and other performance metrics evaluation methods.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
