Responsibilities:
- Handle sales enquiries. (Focus more on sales, design team will assist you in the design part)
- Discuss and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design conceptualization and material selection to prospective clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Prepar proposal and quotation based on client requirement and design.
- Manage and coordinate project progress from inception to completion.
- Site supervision and project coordination.
- Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly.
- Schedule workflow to meet customer move in date.
- Create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.
Candidates with below qualities preferred:
- Have passion in Design and creative in Interior Design.
- Exposure to Commercial/Residential Projects
- Independent with sales and target driven mindset.
- Positive attitude and takes pride in your work.
- Responsible & Reliable.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Applicants with Min. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related fields are highly welcome.
- Candidates with or without working experience are welcome to apply.
- Preferably at least 1-3 years working experience in sales interior design are welcome to apply.
- Entry-level / no working experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
- Candidate with any other sales related experience is welcome to apply.
