Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for designated divisions, assisting business stakeholders in adhering to expenditure processes, minimizing queries and errors, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Review and validate employee claims in SAP Concur to ensure they comply with company policies before processing timely reimbursements.
- Assess anomalies identified in Data Analytics reports to determine if further investigation is necessary. Use report insights to adjust parameters and explore potential process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and ensuring all expenses are accurately accrued and recorded.
- Regularly reconcile transactions with external reports to maintain accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a large organization, preferably with exposure to e-Commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PivotTables and Power BI; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Strong business partnering skills, proactive, resourceful, and a collaborative team player with practical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to support both internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive, adaptable attitude with the capability to multitask, be resilient, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of written English to effectively respond to email inquiries.
