You will direct the overall accounting activities for and serve as an internal resource, providing expertise and consultation to Jun Yuan Holdings Pte Ltd personnel on a variety of financial topics.

Job Duties Include:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
· Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
· Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
· Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform decision-making.
2. Financial Reporting:
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
· Prepare consolidation of financial results from various business units.
· Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
· Coordinate with external tax agent for annual tax return.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
· Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance.
· Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
· Update financial forecasts based on changing business conditions.
4. Investment Management:
· Evaluate and manage investment opportunities in public and private equity markets.
· Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend adjustments as needed.
· Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and divestitures.
5. Cash Flow Management:
· Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for operational needs.
· Optimize the company’s capital structure and financing arrangements.
6. Risk Management:
· Identify and mitigate financial risks across the company’s operations.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
· Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
7. Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
· Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
· Perform other duties, responsibilities and activities, which may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, CPA preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance management role, preferably in a diversified investment holding company.
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (FRSs) and regulations for Single Family Office.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Demonstrated the ability to problem solve, think critically, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment as a team player
