We are currently looking for an Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. His/ her job scopes will include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and assist in planning, implementing and management of projects.
- Coordinates with other team members and stakeholders to plan and implement operational strategies and initiatives that improve profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent data availability to analyze situations.
- Assist in controlling operating costs for each project assigned.
- Evaluating and reporting on operational performance and metrics
- Involved in fieldwork and project management of surveys. Attending to customers’ queries.
- Checking and investigating data issues.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Interviewer management, supervision and deployment
Job requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in any discipline
- At least 5 years project management experience, preferably in Market research Industry
- Clear communications skills and ability to multi tasks
- Ability to establish excellent work relationships with interviewers
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willingness to learn and keen with AI
