Responsibilities:
- Coordinate architectural aspects of projects from the design phase through to construction, ensuring timely delivery
- Liaise with project managers/directors, clients, and workers to ensure effective communication
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications
- Identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, safety rules and regulations
- Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist to develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and labor resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in site coordination and project management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
