SALES ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Assist the sales manager by responding to client inquiries, setting up meetings, and gathering necessary project details.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to keep them informed about the project’s progress.
  • Help communicate project timelines, budgets, and any changes to the clients.
  • Work closely with the design team and project team to ensure all project phases are properly scheduled.
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure the right materials and services are delivered on time.
  • Help monitor and allocate resources such as labor, ensuring the project stays on track.
  • Assist in tracking project costs, ensuring they remain within the agreed budget.
  • During site visits, gather feedback from the project team and contractors to report back to sales and clients.
  • Address any immediate concerns or escalate them to the sales manager if necessary.
  • Work with sales, project managers, and contractors to develop solutions for issues like material issue, delays, or client dissatisfaction.

Skills Required :

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Being able to track multiple projects and manage documentation efficiently.
  • Effective Communication: Clear, concise communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring that project details such as material orders, timelines, and client requests are meticulously recorded and followed up on.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize important activities, and meet deadlines to keep projects on track.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly addressing project issues or client concerns as they arise to avoid delays or conflicts

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of a Diploma/bachelor's in interior design or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales work experience in the renovation/construction sector is preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin & English
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office
