- Receiving and attending to requests from walk-in customers, phone calls & any other form of enquiries.
- Making phone calls on behalf of school to parents/partners as part of concierge service.
- Administering room key issuance and tracking movement.
- Follow up on student attendance/late coming/early dismissal
- Monitor the well-being and follow-up on the movements of students in sick bay.
- Item/document delivery and tracking return by staff, students and parents.
- Any other admin work
Requirement:
- Full GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or other relevant and equivalent certifications.
- 3 years experience in frontline customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Pleasant and confident personality
- 3 years experience working as a front office receptionist in schools, preferably in a secondary school setting
- Certifications in skills relevant to front office reception and administration.
