Admin and Accounts Assistant (Hybrid)

Pro-tec Security Pte. Ltd.

Salary range: $2,400 - $2,600


We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Assistant to support our administrative and financial operations. This dual-role position involves managing administrative tasks and assisting with accounting functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Administrative Functions:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Accounts Assistance:

  • Support the finance team in processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Respond to inquiries related to accounts and administrative procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
