As a Sales Administrator, you will serve as a point of contact supporting sales orders, sales opportunities, user provisioning and providing support for sales representatives. You will have the ability to make an immediate impact supporting the sales team by improving processes and increasing efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage users set-up and data provisioning for both new business and renewals, assist with coordinating the onboarding process
- Supporting the sales process via setting trials, processing all user management requests
- Creating and maintaining sales records including spreadsheets, sales orders and databases
- Work with sales to update prospects and clients to correct Preqin classification
- Checking and updating data accuracy with Salesforce
- Being a point of contact for the sales department
What you’ll bring to us:
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Excellent organizational, multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
