Job Description
- Data Entry: Input and maintain financial data in accounting software.
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and manage vendor accounts.
- Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Help maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate.
- Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
The Successful Applicant
- Some experience in accounting or finance roles preferred, but entry-level candidates with internship experience may be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
