Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust after-sales strategy tailored for the construction and heavy machinery industry in the Southeast Asia region, focusing on proactive customer support and service excellence.
- Lead the After-Sales Department, driving service and spare parts sales to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and industry partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and customer loyalty.
- Oversee all aspects of customer service, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services and parts.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align after-sales operations with the company’s strategic goals, vision, and market objectives.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, including service reports, contracts, market studies, and expense tracking, to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide comprehensive reports to senior leadership, detailing department performance, market trends, and customer insights.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, regional subsidiaries, and headquarters to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar after-sales role, preferably within the construction or heavy machinery sectors.
- Proven track record of driving sales and leading teams to deliver high-performance results.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction machinery, with the ability to provide practical solutions to customer challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships and team collaboration.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
- Quick problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to addressing customer needs.
