Admin Assistant

We are looking for an office-based administrative assistant to join our growing catering sales team. Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Catering Sales team in the sales, administration, office coordination and planning of events.


Duties and Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:


Administrative Support:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to catering orders.
  • Handling customer inquiries in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update catering order database and client contact information.
  • Prepare invoices, quotes, and other documents related to catering services.
  • Relay orders to operations team in timely manner.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions.
  • Communicate effectively with team & staff to ensure customer specifications are met.

Order Management:

  • Coordinate catering orders from initial inquiry to execution.
  • Manage details on all orders and order accuracy.
  • Confirm final order details with customers and follow up post order.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
  • Diploma Holder in related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display a good positive working attitude and a good team spirit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
  • Experience in Xero accounting software will be great, if not training will be provided.

Working Location: Tampines

Working Days: Mon – Fri

Working Time: 9am to 6pm

Salary : $1600 - $1800
