Ben Line is undergoing a large Transformation Project with the implementation of ERP, HRIS and Shared Service Centres. The Change Manager will be pivotal in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions for the implementation of the program. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the successful adoption of changes across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
· Change Strategy & Planning (30%):
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to tailor change management approaches.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and identify risks, devising mitigation strategies.
· Stakeholder Engagement (25%):
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in and support.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, and employees.
- Address and manage resistance to change through effective communication and support.
· Change Execution (25%):
- Oversee the implementation of change management plans, including communication and training.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to aid employee adaptation to changes.
· Monitoring & Reporting (15%):
- Track and measure the success of change initiatives using predefined metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on change management activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
· Continuous Improvement (5%):
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in change management.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to change management processes for ongoing improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Engineering.
- Prosci- certified Change Practitioner or ADKAR certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years as a Change Manager or Practitioner.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing change management strategies.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Extensive experience in managing large transformation projects, including the implementation of systems across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated success in leading organization realignment efforts and complex change initiatives involving diverse teams and geographies.
- Ability to navigate and manage the intricacies of global change efforts, including cross-cultural considerations and time zone challenges.
- Ideally, background from services, logistics or agency business, with some knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices (commercial, operating and technology). Preferred but not essential.
