Overview:
- Flexi Working Hour (Mon - Fri): 8am – 5.15pm / 8.30am – 5.45pm / 9am – 6.15pm
- Location: Tai Seng (Walking Distance From MRT)
- Salary Range: $3500 - $4000
- AWS and Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory variances
- Develop and maintain audit trails and documentation for all inventory transactions
- Work closely with accounts and internal audit Manager to prepare all tax and audit reports required
- Monitor and report on key inventory metrics, including stock levels
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or inventory management
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
