JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting internal and external queries on payment and invoices
- Ensures financial documentation is relevant, accurate and complete good receipt
- Facilitate asset management and verification related queries, including the Annual Asset Verification Exercise
- Track and follow up on receivables
- Familiar with A*STAR SOPs, brief staff on procedures if needed
- Liaise with the finance shared services department on discrepancies
- Work closely with Finance Partners in HQ
- Management accounting and reporting for organization revenue and expenditure
- Contribute finance-related content and information in department newsletters
- Any other non-finance related duties when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in finance or any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or finance administration
- Experience in Management Accounting preferred but not required
- Experience in using ERP, preferable SAP
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proactive team player and motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers
- Able to schedule and plan work according to priority
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
