We are looking for a Mobility Manager who will be responsible for, coordinating, and administrating all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle. You will ensure the reliable adoption of standard global mobility processes and policies to maintain compliance. You will act as the mobility subject matter expert and best practice leader for specific activities in support of the Global Team.
- Provide guidance to Talent Teams and business leaders on cross-border employee moves: advising the most cost-effective arrangement within mobility policy and the most appropriate program to meet business, employee and compliance needs.
- Counsel relocating employees on complex mobility issues.
- Educate business stakeholders on global mobility policies, processes, and best practices.
- Serve as a technical mobility expert on all employee mobility matters in APAC.
- Oversee and manage relationships with mobility vendors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting all business requirements.
- Work with Payroll, Legal and Corporate Tax to operationalize cross-border employee movement.
- Provide Payroll and shadow payroll oversight
- Support various program requirements cost projection, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, coordination of international immigration support, supplier management, and facilitation of intercompany charges, purchase orders, billing, and invoicing.
- Monitor and manage vendor spending, providing Finance with detailed visibility of assignment cost estimates.
- Advise relocating employees on complex mobility challenges, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Offer consulting and guidance on intricate mobility issues, analyzing data and technical advice to develop and present well-founded recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 8 years’ of related experience in-house global mobility team with foundational experience in tax professional services firm
- Immigration experience at a law firm would be advantageous
- Experience in building global mobility processes to support and enable automation, would be advantageous
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Singapore and other APAC regional tax and immigration, mobility processes.

- Strong facilitations skills and ability to inform and educate a wide array of audiences.
- Robust Excel and analytical skills, including the ability to collect/compile, analyse and interpret data and communicate to tell a compelling narrative.
