- Must have Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from universities recognised by PE Board
- Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.
- prepare machinery and equipment plans, design workflows, conduct statistical production studies, and analyze production costs.
- Evaluate manufacturing, delivery, customer experience, or other systems and identify ways to improve productivity and quality.
- Collect data on processes and production through observations of work activities, time studies, and staff surveys.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- develop management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis, optimize work distribution, and streamline operations.
- Reduces waste and addresses production issues.
- Reviews production schedules, processes, and specifications.
- Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns.
- Generates process documentation and reports.
- Works with other departments to develop design and production standards.
- Prepares inventory analysis and procurement purchase orders to address production needs.
