Roles & Responsibilities
To provide administration support to project team. Refer below for details
- Provision of general administrative and coordination support to the project team
- Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request and generating of delivery note
- Responsible in invoicing and payment related matters once project and service completed.
- Provision of general office administration which includes project support work, logistic co-ordination, checking/ verification of documents
- Coordination with other business groups on timely response to any queries and issues.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, often within short periods of time with frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines
- Maintain documentation/versioning in share drive/library
- Provision of general administrative and coordination support to the business unit
- Responsible for monthly progress report generation & data/ statistics compilation for customer and team (if any)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Good verbal communication and coordination skills
- Exeprience in minutes writing and prompt follow-up on action items with the respective parties.
- Process-oriented, with good documentation and collaboration skills
- Attention for details
- Takes initiative and a keen learner
- Team Player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Miniumum 3 years experience in this field
- Minimum Diploma, Degree & Master (is added advantage but not must)
