Job Title: Temp Junior Finance Officer(Fixed Assets)
Job Location: Biopolis way, Singapore
Job Type: Contract - 1 Year
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
JobResponsibilities
- Asset Creation and Transfer
- Support the creation of asset records in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely entry of newly acquired assets based on details provided by custodians.
- Update asset information regularly to reflect the latest data, including acquisition details, valuation, and locations.
- Review and validate assets transfer requests in Fixed Asset Movement System (FAMS) to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Manage intercompany asset transfer, including creation of new asset number for the receipting entities.
- Produce monthly asset creation and transfer reports.
- Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset creation and transfers.
- Provide support by covering the duties of staff responsible for staff exit clearance, ensuring all fixed assets are accounted for during employee offboarding.
- Step in as needed to assist with asset tagging duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum higher NITEC or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably has experience using SAP
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Process a good data analysis skill and be proficient in MS excel.
- Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines.
