We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong passion for the gaming industry to oversee and enhance our financial operations. This role will involve developing and implementing accounting standards, managing financial matters for both Singapore and overseas entities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and Maintain Accounting Standards: Develop and establish accounting standards for Singapore and other overseas entities.
- Financial Oversight: Review Singapore's accounts and handle comprehensive accounting matters for other overseas entities (Indonesia, Hong Kong, Egypt, etc.), including but not limited to GL preparation, consolidation reports, and other statutory filings.
- Account Integration: Complete the conversion and integration of company accounts within the framework of the headquarters' accounting rules.
- System Development: Participate in the selection of overseas financial systems, collaborate with the IT department to identify financial requirements, and drive overseas IT development.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate local business, financial, and tax declarations for overseas companies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis Support: Continuously engage with project teams to understand financial needs and provide data support for financial analysis.
- Process Improvement: Participate in optimizing financial regulations and process improvements, organizing and strengthening the company's daily financial management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional firm and 5 years of financial work experience, with preference given to those with experience in handling overseas accounts.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing, as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders.
- Familiarity with office software such as Excel, PPT; proficiency in BI, SQL, VBA, and other data analysis tools is a plus.
