Our client is a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development responsible for the public housing in Singapore
Duration: 12 months
Work Location: HDB Hub
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm or 8.00am to 5.30pm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Check star rates built-up in accordance with established guidelines
- Check valuation of variation works
- Optionally, check computation of quantities by re-measurement for construction works
Requirements:
- Qualification in Building or Quantity Surveying
- At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge in taking-off quantities & valuation of variation works
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
