Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a friendly environment.
- Stay informed about promotions and advertisements, especially at the cash area.
- Accurately handle cash, credit cards, vouchers, and credit notes at the register.
- Recognize and address security risks and thefts.
- Answer customer queries and provide information on store procedures and policies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
- Establish prices, organize bills, and issue receipts or change based on invoices.
- Keep updated on exchange rates and credit card promotions.
- Count and record cash transactions, ensuring proper turnover of the cash register to the next cashier.
- Compute and record transaction totals.
- Assist with packing purchased items and offer carry-out service when needed.

Package includes Basic salary + Bonus!
Working Hours: Retail hours (48 hours, 5 days work week. Split retail shift)
Location: Jurong Point (Nearest MRT Boon Lay)
Must have grocery cashier experience.
