DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of the project
- Coordinate and monitor various functions of project consultants from conception through tender, construction and to completion
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Identify project risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Monitor and track project progress along with resolution of issues faced
- Communicate to stakeholders, project progress, issues for resolution and highlighting risks along with mitigation plans
- Monitor and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals/objectives.
- Efficiently manage and work closely with clients
- Overall management of consultants and contractors
- Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools
- Ability to run projects within budget and schedule
- All aspect of pre and post contract management functions
- Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Provide expert advices and skills to the projects
- Take ownership of projects handled and all related works
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Project Management or Architecture
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
