We are looking for a Fitness Trainer who will run and supervise various fitness and health programs.
You will evaluate your clients' physical and medical status, design a suitable workout regimen and track their progress.
Additionally, you will go over any applicable safety laws and guidelines (such as equipment use).
In the end, you will assist our clients in enjoying themselves and using exercise to improve their health.
Responsibilities
- Determine the client's degree of health and fitness.
- Ensure that the workout regimens are completed.
- Monitor the client's physical development
- Adjust workout regimens according to demands
- Conduct fitness training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Adopt a comprehensive training strategy (e.g., strength training, cardiovascular activity)
- Supervise the usage of exercise equipment to ensure that clients are exercising safely and correctly.
- Promote fitness packages
Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role
- Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client’s needs
- Ability to instruct and motivate people
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Available to work early or late shifts and weekends
- Diploma in sports science will be an advantage
