Role Description
This position reports to the Sous Chef/Outlet Chef. This position assists in the preparation and service of all food items, and other sections as required.
Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness of refrigerators, cold room, working tables and kitchen equipment
- Assist in various kitchen food set-up
- Ensures mis-en-place is according to the Hotel's standards
Competencies
- Gain knowledge in various kitchen set-ups
- Gain experience in cleanliness management of kitchen equipment
- Gain knowledge in Hotel's mis-en-place standards
Requirements
- Vocational Qualification in Culinary
- Able to work on permanent midnight shift (11pm to 7am)
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
