As the Commis Cook, you shall willingly and diligently carry out the duties assigned to you from time to time, including but not limited to the following:
- Be responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen.
- Maintain high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure consistency, high quality food products are served to customers at all times.
- Strive to continually improve guests and team satisfaction.
- Carry out cleaning duties and support the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Assist in stock control of food ingredients.
- Maintain good conditions of all kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the Company's standards.
- Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
